Focused Marketing was engaged to develop a brand identity and website for Brisbane based forensic accountant, Jenny Letts. Jenny has ambitious plans to grow her firm internationally and Focused Marketing was tasked with creating an identity that was characteristically feminine whilst at the same time professional, slick and smart.
At Focused Marketing we placed considerable importance on listening to Jenny and understanding where she wanted to take her firm. Jenny had gone out on her own to start her business and the new brand needed to reflect who she was both as an individual and as a professional.
We created a new brand identity for Jenny, as well as designing, developing and writing content for her website. In addition we created a set of tailored-made “Just to say” cards, reflecting the importance Jenny places on personal attention and customer service.
Since the creation of the company’s new identity and website, Jenny’s firm has enjoyed significant growth. Jenny’s brand is recognised as both well respected and beautiful.
The firm is looking to expand as new clients and demand for Jenny’s Forensic Accounting services have increased with growing recognition of the brand.
