Kerri launched Focused Marketing in 2006. Prior to that she spent eight years working as a highly successful tender writer and marketing specialist in London and Sydney.

Kerri’s ability to get inside the mind of a business has seen her win contracts with some of the largest companies in Australia. That’s because her processes are strategic, highly organised and distinctly ‘outside-the-box’.

Kerri is a member of the Corporate Institute of Marketing and the Australian Marketing Institute and is better at relationship building than E-Harmony.

She is also a wizard at rounding up creative and slightly eccentric marketing professionals, who she manages with a carrot shaped stick and a lot of encouragement.

Kerri has a not so secret obsession with interior design and is super passionate about the environment.

Caitlin is an experienced brand, marketing, and communications professional. She has worked in a broad range of industries that make her particularly well suited to consulting, assisting companies to grow and feel proud of their work.

She has a passion for clear vision and positioning, consistent branding and messaging and great communication across all levels of an organisation; always aligned with business strategy and objectives.

Creative, practical and hands on, Caitlin has delivered projects as varied as global re-branding and positioning, sponsorships, strategic partnerships, thought leadership, facilities branding, employer branding, large-scale events and integration and change communications.

Caitlin is a globe trotter, lover of art and a passionate cook. She has lived in 11 cities, always finding, and exploring the local galleries and foodie markets.

Bronnie is a marketing generalist with a strong track record of achieving marketing objectives for a diverse set of industry leaders through analysis, strategy, and implementation.

Bronnie has a focus on content and copywriting and is passionate about leveraging a business’s ‘why’ through all stages of a project. She believes in driving business outcomes through strategic marketing communications and in the power of a strong brand.

As a mid-century modernism enthusiast, Bronnie is passionate about design, people, wine, and enjoys silversmithing in her spare time.

Jessica is a marketing and design specialist who has experience working across industries including construction, retail, and travel.

Her approach is creative, entrepreneurial, and innovative; gained through her time freelancing and working as a Marketing Specialist at Velocity Frequent Flyer, Virgin Australia.

Jessica combines the ability to think big as well as dive into detail, achieving a balance between a client’s business objectives and the needs of their customers. She ensures efficient, effective outcomes through a collaborative approach an excellent ability to lead project teams.

Jessica is an amateur singer, experienced graphic designer, and qualified interior designer. In her spare time, you will find her at the beach with her family and Golden Retriever Barney.

Kelsey is a qualified graphic designer with a passion for illustration and all things design.

She has worked in both Brisbane and London and developed her expertise at several award-winning agencies.

Kelsey is a creative problem solver with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring results that are visually engaging, practical and fit for purpose. Her experience entails everything from logo design to social content, capability statements to large format signage.

Kelsey is a budget travel enthusiast and has backpacked around 40 countries. On weekends she enjoys going to festivals, thrifting, drawing or cooking up a (vegan) storm in the kitchen.

Casey specialises in digital communications, including internal and external company communications, marketing campaigns, copywriting and media relations. She’s also adept at designing websites and creative content for businesses to break through the online noise.

An experienced journalist and editor for both digital and print publications, Casey can write just about anything, for any audience or medium. She has worked with clients from a broad range of sectors, including professional services, publishing, not for profit, agribusiness, SMEs and telecommunications.

Degree qualified in communications and journalism, Casey is a lifelong learner and has undertaken further studies in writing for the web, copywriting and creative writing.

Casey loves cheese platters, hanging out in bookstores and reading on miserable rainy days.

Tracy is a highly experienced and capable administration and office manager with a passion for marketing and account management. She has a strong track record in helping people and building relationships.

She is a connector who loves to solve problems through strong organisation, communication and administration skills. Tracy has previously worked for Deloittes, KPMG, various marketing agencies as well as running her own small business.

Tracy is originally from the UK and has lived in Auckland and Sydney and finally settled in Brisbane, promising not to move her family again!
