Kerri launched Focused Marketing in 2006. Prior to that she spent eight years working as a highly successful tender writer and marketing specialist in London and Sydney.
Kerri’s ability to get inside the mind of a business has seen her win contracts with some of the largest companies in Australia. That’s because her processes are strategic, highly organised and distinctly ‘outside-the-box’.
Kerri is a member of the Corporate Institute of Marketing and the Australian Marketing Institute and is better at relationship building than E-Harmony.
She is also a wizard at rounding up creative and slightly eccentric marketing professionals, who she manages with a carrot shaped stick and a lot of encouragement.
Kerri has a secret obsession with comic books and has an irrational fear of Santa Claus.
Stevie was born in London but left in 1996 when England failed to reach the European Cup final. Since arriving in Australia, he’s been the mastermind behind hundreds of successful print, radio and digital campaigns.
Stevie is a branding and Customer Experience expert, with a portfolio of clever tricks to help make businesses famous. He’s also a shrewd copywriter and can talk for hours on buyer psychology (we dare you to ask him about imitative desire).
A lot of what Stevie does is based on proven marketing methodologies. But he also pays close attention to the voices in his head that deliver creative ideas in the middle of the night.
Stevie likes Rothko more than celery and is still waiting for England to win the European Cup.
Farah is a visual magician who moved to Brisbane from Vancouver, Canada in 2010.
Until then she ran her own successful design and marketing agency, creating compelling campaigns for a wide range of clients. So she really knows her stuff.
Farah has typographic OCD, which means if the font spacing on a packet of biscuits is uneven, she won’t eat them. But when it comes to creative design, she’s two steps ahead of the curve. That’s because she’s able to visually communicate campaign concepts in a way that makes people drool.
And that’s pretty handy when you’re selling products and services.
Farah has a mean uppercut and thinks beetroot is the world’s most underrated food.
Ashley is our marketing prodigy and is well on her way to becoming tomorrow’s guru. Having just completed her masters at QUT, she’s now snapping at the heels of the industry with more drive than a tractor.
We like to think of Ashley as our in-house Socrates, because she asks ‘why do you do it like that?’ whenever she’s exposed to a new concept. It means we’re constantly re-evaluating and improving our processes to avoid feeling silly at question time.
Ashley has a deep understanding of digital marketing, as well as a black belt in social media.
Ashley has read Harry Potter more times than she’ll admit and loves to explore the world.
