CS GAS had experienced significant growth from humble beginnings to a large and successful business. They had a strong presence in the market, with extensive knowledge and experience in the sector.
However by their own admission, the CS GAS brand no longer reflected the turnkey offering or size of the company. Their website was quite simple but overall lacked a quality user experience, easy navigation, and didn’t reflect the company’s scope and capabilities as clearly as it should. Additionally, there were some inconsistencies in the messaging and the delivery of the content.
Kicking off with a brand strategy workshop, our team devised a new marketing plan that would position CS GAS as a trusted and dependable brand, representing excellence in quality of process and products.
We developed a new website, updating the look, feel, and functionality, and rewriting the content to create cleaner, sharper messaging that would better sell their offer to the right audiences. The new messaging was implemented in an updated capability statement, professionally designed in line with their refreshed visual identity. As a key part of the new website, we partnered with video production company VMP to develop a video that showcased CS GAS’ plant in Acacia Ridge.
We established a style guide and updated their social media branding, business cards, PowerPoint templates, case studies and other collateral.
CS GAS’ refreshed visual identity delivers on their brand promises and demonstrates how much they have grown in terms of delivering experience and scale to the market. This extends to the new brand collateral, that better reflects the organisation and will deliver increased financial outcomes. The new website brings enhanced engagement through improved user experience and clear call-to-actions, content and design.
